1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StatementDekho, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service Description
StatementDekho provides AI-powered bank statement analysis, transaction categorization, forensic audit, and financial reporting tools. Our service is designed for Chartered Accountants and financial professionals in India.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use StatementDekho only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to process statements obtained without proper authorization or for any fraudulent purpose.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid features require a subscription. Prices are listed in INR. We bill monthly or annually as per your selected plan. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to StatementDekho. We do not claim ownership over your bank statements, extracted data, or generated reports. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
7. Liability Limitation
StatementDekho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
